Cancellation
Cancellation of Rental Order must be made five business days before the Rental Start Date.
In such cases, no cancellation fees are charged.
However, cancellation from 5 days before to 3 days after the start will be charged the delivery fee, 2,000JPY.
Please be aware that after 3 days, your payment is no longer refundable.

Prepaid Return Envelopes Available!
Just drop off your rental device at any of the red Japanese post office boxes in Japan!
Note:
When you receive your package, you'll receive your rental device and a prepaid return envelope.
To return your device, please place it in the prepaid return envelope, seal it, and drop it in any post office box.
You can find post office boxes all over Japan, including at airports just before security.
You don't need to return your rental device directly to our office counter. If you have any questions, please contact us.
